We are METRO Landmarks, and we are a little different. We are not only architects. We are builders as well. In other words, we are design professionals who understand the construction process. Likewise, we are construction professionals who embrace the design process.
That’s a good thing for our clients. We don’t just hand over floor plans and leave the projects to others - we perform the design and construction and manage the entire process, from conceptual sketches to finished product, in a streamlined and efficient way.
And, efficiency means value.
We are an Architectural & Construction Firm with a holistic approach to the design & building process. We offer one point of contact from the beginning sketches to final delivery. We have been serving our clients since 1997.
Our first offices were located in structures built in the late 1800s and early 1900s, we renovated them as we believe re-purpose of buildings is the ultimate green effort. Since 2022 we have become virtual and our team is accessible by various media but we are located at our various job-sites. We are present at the spaces we create! This has reduced our carbon footprint and increased our efficiencies and our personal quality of life.
